How It Works

2. We'll Take It From There
We'll get in touch with the person you've referred, discuss their experience and career aspirations, and explore suitable opportunities.
3. Successful Placement
If your referral secures a permanent position through Arc Potential and meets the scheme's qualifying conditions, you'll be eligible for the reward.
4. Receive Your £250
Once the qualifying conditions have been met, we'll arrange payment of your £250 referral reward.
